body is like a dog
I went jogging yesterday with Mickeal. After running about 5 miles or so, he said something which I totally agreed with. 'Body is like a dog, after doing something it needs a treat'. In our case it was just a beer nothing else....;)
Was wroking in the lab all day today. The new lab is nearing completion slowly. It is looking really good right now. Pity I won't have too much work in there.
